Her extensive background and training in the fashion, media, marketing and hospitality industries, Victoria became the go-to event producer for local, national and international celebrities, society mavens, non-profits and corporations.
Her high society and royalty rosters are filled with names such as Paris Hilton, His Excellency Mohammed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of the United Arab Emirates, Nicole Richie, Barron Hilton , cosmetics heir Prince Lorenzo Borghese, Grace Ormonde (“Wedding Style Magazine”), and Beverly Hills’s couture wedding designer René Strauss to name a few.
When not planning special events, Victoria’s very committed to her community, charities and industry associations.
Victoria served as the Past President of the South Florida/Caribbean Chapter of the International Special Events Society, helped establish the South Florida chapter of “Wish Upon A Wedding” which provides beautiful dream weddings for those with terminal illnesses, served as an inaugural member of the SEE Advisory Council (The Center for Sports, Entertainment and Event Management) Johnson & Wales University and was honored by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the U.S. Marine Corps for her volunteer efforts. Victoria is a Certified Judge for the Miss America Organization.
In the fashion arena, Victoria’s has used her talent and showmanship to produce more than 500 fashion shows showcasing the world’s top designers. Her sense of style and visual design is also in high demand as she works as a stylist for magazine cover shoots, story layouts, advertisements and photographers. BJ’s life experience enables her to bring vast knowledge and appreciation to our clients.
Born and raised in the hospitality industry. BJ was referred to as the “Dirty Dancing Kid” having lived on resorts most of her childhood. This experience gave her the background knowledge in all aspects of the hotel and resort industries. After college, BJ than joined the airline industry and traveled the world extensively. This experience enabled her to understand the standards of providing Five Star service to an international clientele.
BJ moved to New York where she had a very successful career producing special events for hotels and charitable organizations. She was instrumental in the development and organization of the Concierge and Beach services for the Allegria Hotel on Long Island, raising the level of service and achieving it’s 5 Star Rating. Her celebrity list included, Justin Beber, Billy and Alexa Joel, Earth Wind and Fire to name a few.
BJ has a degree in Fashion Merchandising. The experience allowed her to successfully open and oversee the operations of an exclusive children’s boutique and a store specializing in upscale teen apparel. Her fashion knowledge has enabled her to successfully produce fashion events in both New York and Florida.
BJ is happily married to Neil her husband of 36 years and is very involved with her 2 daughters and grandson.
She is an avid tennis player and golfer and plays on numerous local teams. Her yoga practice keeps her balanced and mindful of life’s blessings.
Extremely experienced in planning and on-site management for special events, meetings, conventions and travel incentive programs. She has worked domestically throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii and internationally, having worked programs in 5 out of 7 continents, Asia, North America, South America, Europe and Australia.
Growing up in a large family of seven, Mary realized early in life how important family meals are. Mary’s parents made sure the family ate dinner together nightly…which wasn’t easy with five children and all of the activities life brings. Learning to cook with her mother sparked her interest in studying culinary arts. It was while at Johnson & Wales University campus in Providence, RI that Mary found her true love in catering and events. After graduation, she worked for one of Boston’s finest catering companies to hone her skills. In 2002 Mary moved from Boston, MA to Miami, FL to begin her career as an educator.
For the past 14 years she has worked closely with students to identify their career path. As the Director of Experiential Education she worked closely with industry and non-profit organizations to design and implement internship and service learning opportunities for students. She never lost her passion for the hospitality industry and continued to design, organize and execute events of all types. Although Mary enjoys the excitement all events presents it is weddings that give her the most satisfaction. Seeing the couple’s vision come true on their wedding day is what drives her.
Nicole joined the Team in 2015 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the event arena. She started her career out in NYC in the corporate sector planning large scaled events. She later went on to work with some of the top event designers in NYC.
Nicole’s true passion lies in giving back. She joined many charity boards in NY/NJ and volunteered her expertise to create the ultimate galas for these organizations.
Nicole is known for her unique, creative ideas and cutting edge design. Her Avante garden design elements and attention to detail, enthusiastic personality, and take-charge demeanor help her clients sit back and relax as she creates their dream event.
